Common questions

Is it really free right now?

Yes. Annuo is in a testing period with a small group of freelance creatives. Request access, and if there's a seat you get the full product free — no card. When paid plans open, we'll tell you before anything changes.

How does the free trial work on paid plans?

Every monthly plan starts with 14 days of full access, free. Your card is taken at checkout but nothing is charged until day 15 — we email you 3 days before the first charge with the exact amount and date. Cancel from your billing page any time during the trial and you pay nothing. One free trial per person, and annual plans don't include one.

Do my clients need accounts?

No. Every client gets a portal link — open it and they see their bookings, deliverables and invoices, always current. No sign-in, no app to install, read-only.

Where do the files live?

In Frame.io (or wherever you deliver). Annuo tracks each deliverable's status and links out — we never re-host your work, so nothing is duplicated or held hostage.

How do invoices get paid?

Through your own pay link — Stripe, bank transfer page, whatever you already use. Annuo numbers the invoice, renders the PDF, shows it on the client's portal, and you mark it paid.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancel anytime from your billing page. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your paid period, and cancelling during a free trial means you're never charged at all.

What if I already have an account?

Just sign in. If you enter an email that already has an account at checkout, we'll send you to the login page instead of charging you twice.
